Fourteen years ago, I took a job I didn't think I would want, A temporary holdover as a "bug man" to pay bills. Little did I know I would fall in love with it.

Tucson's diversity in pests and people allowed me to meet all types of both. But one thing was always true, once the customers were pest free, they were worry and stress free.

This became a feeling I would cherish. Knowing I was there for people and families in their time of need.

Over time in the industry I witnessed a growing trend among larger companies to protect the bottom line by sacrificing true quality. Small things that just take a few extra minutes, but yield a much higher quality of service.

We opened RKC Pest Management with these core values; quality, fairness and relationships. An attitude that should come naturally in the service industry but often doesn't.

A company named after our children, every day we are continually building something they can be proud of.
