Praetorian Guard is our premium pest control service designed as a complete package to defend your empire against the desert's most common pests. Our approach is a combination of preventative treatments and warranty coverage to shield you from the burdens of Tucson pest invasions.

What's included;

 

- General Household Invader Every Other Month liquid barrier treatments to prevent incursion from pests such as those outlined here. Should a high pest pressure be observed the service may be upgraded to monthly especially in the summer when our materials are more rapidly deteriorated from the heat.

- Monthly Rodent Monitoring - should rodent activity be detected baiting or trapping will be included at no additional charge.

​

- Subterranean Termite Warranty - when Subterranean termite evidence appears it will be treated locally using proven methods of soil application, building void foam treatments or injection under the slab.

​

- Africanized Bee Warranty* - in the event an Africanized bee colony starts hive construction on your property removal of the bees will be completed at no additional charge by special appointment or during a regularly scheduled appointment. Hive removal is ALWAYS recommended after removing the bees. While this is not covered under the warranty it is part of our preferred client discount outlined below. *Only applies to colonies that can be treated safely using up to a 32' ladder. Add'l fees may be charged if equipment rental necessary.

      

- Wasp Warranty - similar to the Africanized bee warranty, when Wasps start attaching nests to your property the wasps will be removed at no additional charge, the nests will also be removed at no additional charge if not located in an inaccessible wall void.

- Monthly Weed Spray - performed in conjunction with your Monthly Rodent Monitoring any weeds found sprouting will be sprayed. A blue dye spray indicator will be used to show areas or weeds treated. This dye fades within a few days.

- Praetorian Guard Preferred Client Discount - sometimes life will present a unique pest issue that requires a much more intensive treatment program. In these cases rest assured you will get the best value from RKC Pest Management with a 30% discount off the cost of remedying the following rare infestations;

- German and Brown Banded Cockroaches

 

- Fleas/Ticks

 

- Bed Bugs

 

- Stored Product Pests such as Flour Beetles, Grain Weevils, Indian Meal Moths, although removing the food source will typically resolves these issues

 

- Flying Insects such as mosquitoes and flies
